1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time & Partners

We partner with leading courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A nominal ₹59–₹99 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can track your package anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen weather conditions

• Courier service disruptions

• Remote area deliveries
  We’ll keep you updated in case of any delay.

6. International Shipping (Optional – Remove if not applicable)

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We’re working on it and will update this policy when available.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

• Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned.

• Reshipping will incur additional charges.
