Cancellation & Returns Policy – Lazy Being

At Lazy Being, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team.

• Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

• For prepaid orders, refunds (if eligible) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

• Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., makeup, skincare, towels)

• Clearance or sale items

• Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email/WhatsApp with your order ID and clear product photos.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return approval if eligible.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

4. We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on shipping it back (depending on your location).

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product (where applicable), please follow the same return process.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Wrong Address / Unreachable Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
